Step into luxury at our Apartment Home in Athens; a boutique short-term rental in the heart of Athens. It's nestled in the historic Charles Parrott Building (c. 1885), just across from the UGA arches. Our spacious apartment is a tribute to the city's rich history and vibrant culture. There is a lot of natural light especially in the living rooms and there is a sky light in the hallway. The bedrooms have full black out curtains but everywhere else is soft indirect natural lighting.

-Please do not share the code with anyone nonguests. Be sure to type in the code discretely for your protection.
-Do not climb, sit, or open windows.
-Thank you for not smoking, vaping, or using any e-cigarettes.
-To make sure our towels stay clean and stain-free, please use dark towels for things that can stain like freshly dyed hair and removing makeup. The towels are located in the laundry room and bathrooms.
-If you'd like to leave any food or drinks behind please only leave unopened items in the kitchen and fridge.
-Only registered guests may enter and a complete guest list is required.

Health and Safety Measures
All spaces are clean between each guest because this is a short term rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
