About the Space
Timeshare our beautiful Studio One every Monday for just $150 for 24hrs. The studio is plug & play for USB-A or USB-C, or use our mac computer with Logic Pro, Pro Tools or FL Studio. Includes high speed internet and amenities. Free parking right outside or in nearby side streets just a minutes walk from the studio. Minimum 4 week commitment, paid in advance. Parking description
Free parking directly outside, first come first served, and free street parking in nearby side streets a minutes walk from the studio.
General Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the building, including the use of smoke machines which can damage the delicate parts of audio gear - thank you for understanding.
No chewing gum, litter or cigarette butts disposed of anywhere other than the bins provided, including the floor outside.
Safe House Recording Studios in an inclusive and welcoming space and prejudice or poor behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
CCTV throughout the studio and covering the front and car parking areas. All cameras are clearly visible.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
