The Madison is a customizable event venue that supplies wide open layouts, white brick walls, natural light, and 20-foot ceilings. From our connected parking lot to our outdoor patio, the beautiful bathrooms, and specially-located vendor spaces, we’ve designed The Madison to be the perfect event venue. We tried to think of everything a host, guest or vendor could want from us. We’ve seen the best – and the worst – ways to host parties and people while working events all over the country. With that inspiration we engineered every detail for creativity and convenience. The Madison is a blank canvas from which you can create. But, don’t let The Madison’s minimalism style fool you. Your event rental includes everything you could need so you won’t have to choose between a desired event element and a necessity. Whether you plan to host, visit, or attend an event at The Madison, you can simply celebrate. Health and Safety Measures

Preparation Phase: - Equip cleaning staff with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and aprons. - Ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are stocked, including disinfectants, detergents, mops, buckets, cloths, and trash bags. - Plan the cleaning schedule to minimize disruption to venue operations. General Cleaning Procedures: - Start by ventilating the venue by opening windows and doors if possible to allow fresh air circulation. - Remove visible debris and trash from all areas, including floors, tables, chairs, and restrooms. - Dust all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and decorative items. - Sweep or vacuum floors to remove dirt and debris. - Mop hard floors using a suitable detergent or disinfectant solution, paying attention to high-traffic areas. - Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches, handrails, and countertops. - Empty and sanitize trash bins, replacing liners as needed. - Clean and sanitize restroom facilities thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and door handles. Specialized Cleaning Procedures: - For food service areas, use food-safe cleaning agents to clean and sanitize surfaces where food is prepared or served. - Use specialized equipment such as steam cleaners or carpet extractors for deep cleaning carpets and upholstery. - Follow manufacturer instructions when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure effectiveness and safety. - Implement procedures for cleaning and disinfecting equipment such as microphones, podiums, AV equipment, and other shared items.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
