Located on Main Street in Downtown Riverside, our loft features an open floor plan with high ceilings, offering a spacious and flexible environment perfect for your creative and professional projects. This studio is fully equipped to accommodate meetings, brainstorming sessions, photo shoots, filming, podcast recordings, and even private parties. With an ABUNDANCE of natural light streaming through large windows, the space is ideal for capturing stunning visuals or creating a vibrant atmosphere for your event. Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge area with plush seating, perfect for casual discussions or relaxing between sessions. The studio also includes a large conference room and table, ideal for meetings or collaborative work. For creatives, the space is perfect for your backdrops and audio-visual aids to ensure your photo shoots, filming, or podcast recordings run smoothly. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi and a sound system to suit your needs. Additionally, there's a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a selection of beverages to keep your team energized throughout the day. Our building also provides shared restrooms that require access codes for your convenience. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Host was responsive and helpful. Space was terrific and appeared as advertised. Person on the ground was super helpful . We were filming with a small crew - the only problem we had was with recording audio - some music started playing on the street around midday and the sound of traffic picked up a bit but we worked around it.

This venue space was great! It’s a little hard to find even with the directions that I gave people. There also isn’t clear instructions about parking and where the trash bins are located. From what I figured out, you can park in any numbered space in the parking garage as long as it doesn’t say reserved. I never found the appropriate trash bins but it all worked out in the end. Other than that, the owner is great. He responds within a few days. The place looks exactly as pictured and the owner will clear the space out for you if needed which was awesome. The neighbors in the building are very nice and the neighborhood is decent even though it’s downtown Riverside. Would definitely book again!
