- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

The owner Cedric was beyond helpful and accommodating to my family and I, he was compassionate to us in our time of grief and so was our host Derrick who helped us set everything up, work the audio equipment, and clean up afterwards. Derrick also did so much behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly and had a great sense of humor with the guests. Would absolutely book again if I wasn’t moving states soon!! 10/10 recommend.

The space was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The staff (bartender and host) was also top notch. All of my guests raved about how lovely the event and space were. It was perfect for my husband's 40th birthday party, having everything we needed - a built in bar, sound system, big screen for presentations, and lighting. The only hiccup was in communication. The space was undergoing a renovation immediately before my event, but no one informed me. I saw news of the renovation on Instagram and then inquired myself. I needed details on what exact tables, chairs, etc. would be there, and it was hard to get answers. It ended up being the same tables and chairs shown in the photos so it worked out very well in the end. Despite this hiccup, Cedric was very gracious and I'd 100% book again.

A family member did small candle centerpieces, and other than that we didn’t decorate a bit because the vibe is already there. Really cool space. Cedric was great to work with and coordinated our bartender, Adriana, who was amazing and our host, Derrick, also amazing, who helped us get and keep the music going and everything running smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better night or venue to celebrate it in. Thank you, Cedric, Adriana and Derrick!

I received so many compliments on the space and the host. I highly recommend booking the host - he was incredibly helpful. Cedric is wonderful very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Hosted my engagement party at the Upper Room and it was the perfect venue space. Upscale, right size, and beautiful! I love that we were able to add bartending, security and set up to our venue rental! Highly recommend for special occasions.
