My house blends West Coast surf culture with a West Texas vintage vibe. It has the original 100-year-old pine floors, original exposed shiplap, and 100-year-old Mexican brick as flooring in the dining room. The near floor-to-ceiling bright orange steel windows in the kitchen are an eye-catching and very photogenic feature. As well as the rustic screened-in porch. There is a piano, with furniture suited for a musician's dream. It's a shotgun-style house that feels big, bright, and open - but very down home and real.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
