The “Yoga and Movement Space” is a customizable space that is great for summits, meetings of 10-35, or can be used as a movement and education space. comfortably seats 20-30 in “U” shape format. Can be outfitted with large screen and video conference capability. Wall style white boards

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

My company rented this space for our annual retreat. The location was very easy to get to from Bart. It was light and airy room with large whiteboards, a large (~65 in) screen for presentations. The restrooms are conveniently located in the hallway immediately next to the meeting space. It was very easy to coordinate with Max; he responded immediately to all my requests and was available throughout the rental period to assist us. Highly recommend!

We've rented this space before for our offsite meetings and Max has always been extremely helpful in getting us setup. He goes above and beyond to make sure what we have what we need and our meetings have been smooth and productive because of him.

My team needed meeting space for 15-20 at the last minute. The Yoga and Meeting Space met all our requirements and offered a unique vibe that team members loved. Max was responsive and accommodating, helping ease my mind regarding Teams meeting requirements, setup, and DoorDash delivery coordination. All around, would recommend it!

Max was very accommodating and communicative which made hosting our large group meeting just seamless! We will definitely book again as needed. Thank you, Max!

The biggest reason to rent this space is the customer service. We hosted a week long training event for a dozen folks from out of town so having them leave the event with a good impression was important. Max was attentive and accommodating to our guests and our relatively complex training setup. Our guests were comfortable and had no complaints. We shipped in a A LOT of equipment and Max helped oversee delivery and made sure everything was secure the whole week. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a typical hotel conference room event and was a key factor in making our event successful. I would definitely book this again. Couple of notes worth mentioning that I knew about before renting that might help you too: The room can get hot in the afternoon. There is a window air-conditioning unit but we opted to open the windows instead because of the typically cool Berkeley air. Only side affect is the high schoolers making lots of noise when they get out for lunch. The room has just three power outlets along the walls so plan ahead of you need lots of devices plugged in like I did. The room gets bright. Don't bother with a projector setup. Use the TV on wheels they have instead.
