Large windows on both sides of studio. Black out pull down blinds on rear facing studio. Natural light is abundant throughout the day but more dramatic during golden hour.

4 step stairs that lead into the front door of space.

- Absolutely no smoking or consuming alcohol in studio - No heavy furniture is allowed to be moved - PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED DURING AND AFTER LEAVING YOUR SESSION (You will be responsible for any damage or loss if you do not ensure doors are locked upon leaving) - NO LEANING ON CYC WALL CURVE - No DIRTY DIAPERS IN TRASH CAN. (Please be courteous of others!) - No heavy furniture allowed on cyc wall - If using cyc wall, all guests must use the sticky mats to remove all dirt and debris from shoes - No rough use of cyc wall and no sharp objects (shoes) on wall. Leaning against the curve or pushing against the curve, will result in damage. - No use of heat tools on furniture. Heat resistant mat is provided - No confetti, smoke bombs or glitter bombs - No body oil, heavy lotions or sprays on fabric furniture (we have velvet furniture and it will stain) you will be responsible for any damage or stains to furniture. - Nudity is allowed but be aware that we are in a commercial building and facing a public street. Please use blinds and be courteous to tenants. - Please leave studio how you found it, no removing of props, chairs, lights, studio equipment accessories. - There are security cameras and onsite security system monitoring premises 24 hours a day. **Dressing area is private so long as the curtains are closed.**
