Street parking or Lot E is the best option. You may only park facing our building. There is plenty of street and paid parking, we are not responsible for you fee as we do not validate.

All​ ​renters​ ​and​ ​their​ ​clients​ ​must​ ​conduct​ ​themselves​ ��in​ ​a​ ​professional​ ​manner​ ​while​ ​working​ ​at​ ​SONDER.​ ​Renters​ ​will​ ​be​ ​respectful​ ​to​ ​others​ ​working​ ​in​ ​the​ ​building.​ ​Renters​ ​will​ ​refrain​ ​from entering​ ANY OTHER OFFICE or part of Marathon Village ​ ​unless​ ​permission​ ​is​ ​given.​ ​ Renters​ ​who​ ​repeatedly​ ​display​ ​inappropriate​ ​behavior​ ​while​ ​working​ ​inside​ SONDER​ or Marathon Village ​are subject​ to ​rental​ ​termination​ ​with​ ​loss​ ​of​ ​deposit.​ ​There​ ​is​ ​a​ ​no​ ​smoking​ ​policy​ ​in​ ​the​ ​building.​ ​Outside smoking​ ​must​ ​be​ ​limited​ ​to​ ​the​ ​right​ ​side​ ​of​ ​the​ ​building​ ​in​ ​the​ ​smoking​ ​area.​ ​Failure​ ​to​ ​do so​ ​may​ ​result​ ​in​ ​a​ ​location​ ​fee​ ​fine. NO candles NO glitter or confetti allowed in SONDER. ​ ​ Street parking is available or paid parking lot across the street.​ ​Renter​ ​may​ ​not​ ​use​ SONDER upstairs closet areas and may not use SONDER ​ ​to​ ​store​ ​any​ ​items,​ ​personal​ ​or​ ​non.​ ​If anything​ ​in​ ​the​ ​studio​ ​needs​ ​to​ ​be​ ​rearranged​ ​or​ ​taken​ ​out​ ​of​ ​the​ ​space,​ ​permission​ ​must​ ​be​ ​acquired before​ ​doing​ ​so.​ ​
