Great detail has been put into place regarding the plants and landscape of our location. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. Unlimited creative potential is yours! POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR A FEE (NEED 48 HOUR NOTICE) This space includes: - Outdoor Swimming Pool - Back Yard - Front Yard - DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE INSIDE OF OUR HOUSE. - Street access for easy load-in / out - Ample parking options (Paid) - The listed cleaning fee is the site rep fee. We personally thoroughly clean after each production but hire professional cleaners to come after large productions exceeding 30 people. Professional cleaners also come once a month to deep clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
