Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in shared areas, including kitchens and restrooms. 3. Shared Spaces: Be mindful of others when using shared amenities such as kitchens, conference rooms, and lounges. Clean up after yourself and leave shared spaces in the same condition as you found them. 4. Security and Safety: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises. Report any security concerns or suspicious activity to management immediately. Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and evacuation routes. 5. Office Hours: Respect designated office hours and refrain from disturbing others outside of these hours. If working late, please be considerate of noise levels and ensure that doors are securely locked upon departure. 6. Guest Policy: Guests are welcome but must be accompanied by a tenant at all times. Limit the number of guests and ensure that they comply with office rules and etiquette. 7. Equipment and Facilities: Use office equipment and facilities responsibly and for their intended purpose. Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues to management promptly. 8. Personal Belongings: Take responsibility for your personal belongings and valuables. Do not leave items unattended in common areas or shared spaces. 9. Communication: Keep lines of communication open with management and fellow tenants. Address any concerns or conflicts in a respectful and timely manner. 10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and building policies. Engage in lawful and ethical business practices at all times. Violation of Rules: Violation of these house rules may result in warnings, fines, or termination of tenancy, depending on the severity of the infraction.
