Located in the heart of the Mosaic District, our Resident Lounge offers an ideal space for meetings and parties and can host groups of up to 35 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - Rectangular table that seats 8 - Kitchenette equipped with sink and microwave - Wifi *No access to exterior amenities* Take a 3D Tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=v4NxYopMCEM FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Celebrated my bday/grad party here and my family, friends, and I enjoyed how spacious and beautiful the venue was. Definitely would book again in my next big celebration 🎉

This was the perfect place for my baby shower. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The space was clean and spacious and I really enjoyed my time along with all of my guests. I would definitely recommend or book again!

We held our son’s first birthday party here. The space was beautiful and plenty of space and seating for our group! The space was also clean. There were a couple of issues we ran into that day: 1. we have to let our guests into the building every time because the front door is only accessible with a key fob; 2. the men’s bathroom was closed on the day of our event for some reason so our male guests had to use the restroom in Nando’s next door and there was no staff around to ask for assistance because it was a Sunday so that is something to keep in mind if you are doing a Sunday event . And lastly, we knew they didn’t have a mini fridge before renting the space but it would be nice to have one in the space especially if you are hosting parties/events there. But overall besides the bathroom situation, our experience was great! Will still book the space in the future but will probably make sure there are no issues with bathrooms prior.

This was the perfect space for my birthday party. Intimate and very nice. It did get a little warm in the room, and some guests had a hard time finding the place, but otherwise the venue was perfect. Check-in and check out was simple. Truly enjoyed the event.

The space was beautiful and clean and perfect for my bridal shower. Our only recommendation would be some kind of light/sheer curtain or fans as the sun coming in through the windows really heats up the room quick.

It was a perfect location for a bridal shower. We had 34 and there was plenty of room. The building management people were very helpful accessing space and assisting with making the room a little cooler.
