It can seat up to 6 people as a conference room and can be reconfigured for use as a film or photo shoot studio or small event space. It features two huge windows on its northern and eastern walls with stunning views of the Empire State Building. It is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, video call hardware, a dry-erase board, and high-speed fiber-optic internet. Our Medium conference room is perfect for meetings, classes, professional events, and more. Features •Conference table accommodates up to 6 people with extra chairs available •Wall-mounted 65-inch smart TV for presentations and video conferences •Google Meet hardware installed for seamless Google Meet and Zoom conference calls •Owl hardware available for Microsoft Teams conference calls • High-speed fiber optic internet • Tons of natural sunlight and views of the city skyline Amenities When booking our Medium Conference Room, you will have access to several amenities within the larger office space, including the following: •Three en-suite bathrooms • Use of kitchen with dishwasher, hot and cold filtered water dispenser, coffee machine, superautomatic espresso machine, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, a full-sized fridge/freezer as well as plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, and mugs. • Professional laser printer/copier • Assorted cables and chargers available • Assorted office supplies available • Freight elevator with separate street entrance • Complimentary refreshments • On-Site Host The Space The Medium conference room is one of three conference rooms in our larger office space, located on the top floor of a historic building in Flatiron. Two private elevators lead from the manned reception area and open directly into our 4,000-square-foot penthouse floor. Windows on all four sides, as well as numerous skylights, provide an abundance of sunny natural light all day, with amazing views of rooftops, water towers, and the Empire State Building. In addition to three conference rooms, our office's main open area has 30 powered standing desks with chairs, two Room phone booths for quiet calls, banquette seating with cafe tables, and a separate doored design book library with couch seating. There are also three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional seating/dining area off the kitchen on site. Booking Info Please note that this listing pertains specifically to our Medium Conference Room within our larger office space. This means that bookings for this listing include exclusive use of our Medium Conference Room. The remaining office space will be open for use by our team members. A floor plan is provided in the listing photos, indicating areas where renters have exclusive and private access, shared access, and areas occupied by other parties. Our office space is available for use in several different configurations. Conference rooms can be booked individually or together. For those who want exclusive access to the full penthouse space, the entire floor is available as well.
