With a campus encompassing 3.2 acres, multiple buildings comprise a total footprint of 80,000+ sqft. A backdrop of palm trees, lemon trees and exotic succulents makes the warehouse is the perfect location to host photo/ video shoots and events. Already a familiar background in many photo shoots and music videos, our location offers indoor studio space and massive grounds for the ideal photography and film location. within a one-hour drive of Los Angeles, Malibu and Santa Barbara. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
