About the Space

Proudly Woman-Owned. Welcome to Northside Lofts. An event space, photography, or exercise studio offering hourly rentals in the heart of Chicago. Our facility is located in Ravenswood in a beautiful classic Chicago-style industrial loft building with timber beams and centuries-old brick. The building was an early 20th-century workshop for large advertising billboards! Our space is 2,400 square ft. with padded flooring and plenty of natural light. The loft is a great venue for celebratory gatherings, photoshoots, and exercise classes. There is also plenty of free parking! What's Included in the Space: - High Ceilings with Tons of Natural Light - Speaker w/ Bluetooth Connection - Multiple bathrooms and a sink inside the facility - Wifi - Tables and chairs (two 6' foot tables, two square folding tables, two benches, 16 chairs) - Dimming lights - Exposed brick - Natural light from large east-facing windows - An onsite event manager We are hands-on and love to help. Our staff members will be available for the entire duration of your rental if you have any questions or need any help.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
