About the Space
Our Collaborative Working Space in Old City is a tucked away, private working space suited for individuals or a small group. There are daily and monthly memberships available, as well as the opportunity to host all-day meetings or events for your staff (max at 10 people). The space offers community-style conference seating, as well as individual cube-style seating with soundproof barriers for privacy.

Parking description
There are hundreds free and metered street parking spots all around our address. We are nestled in the heart of Old City, which is frequented by tourists and locals, alike. Parking is always available!
General Rules
No smoking inside the building.
No outside drinks.
Limited outside food allowed, event depending.
No alcohol is permitted on site.
No offensive language: including racist, homophobic, sexist, abusive slurs or branded clothing.
Dogs allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras for our business, but they do not record.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is vacuumed, swept, mopped, and wiped down daily, as well as intermittedly throughout service periods. Our staff has ample access to gloves and hand sanitizing stations both in front and back of house.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
