Our space is 3229 sq ft, you are able to use the whole space and it has multiple luxury spots. BRAND NEW MINIMUS BOOKING TIME IS 2 HOURS - WIFi -2 big makeup station -One private room -A beautiful view of the fashion district LA - Natural light -A mini fridge -A coffee maker machine for your uses. -A bath tub area for photoshoots -Multiple mirrors -2 entrances to the studio -Music Speaker. -A Rack for clothes. -Folding Table and 4 Chairs. ((We appreciate leaving at the exact time so as not to disturb the next booking, we do not want to generate extra charges, please respect this. rule)) STRICTLY NO STANDING ON OUR ITEMS ON FURNITURE AND NO DIRTY SHOES ON RUG. ( a substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to booking for guests who send on, dirty damage our furniture) NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE FURNITURE (Food and drink consumption only allowed using our fold up furniture. Strictly no food or drink to be consumed on our furniture. Any spillages incurred will result in substantial fee added to booking. . NO TYPE OF ELECTRIC OR NON-ELECTRIC CIGAR IN THE BUILDING! . NO SMOKE MACHINES . YOU ARE RENTING OUR UNIT, THERE CANNOT BE PEOPLE WALKING THE PASSAGE WAYS ( THERE IS NO BOTHERING THE NEIGHBOR SPACES) . THE DOOR MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES, WE HAVE JUST INSTALLED ALL THE COMPLETELY NEW AIR CONDITIONERS AND IT IS NOT PERMITTED FOR THE DOOR TO BE OPEN . YOU CAN BRING YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS, BUT NO FOOD AND DRINKS ON THE RUGS OR COUCHES, THE STUDIO WILL BE CHECKED AFTER YOU LEAVE, REMEMBER THAT ANY DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED! . YOU MUST TAKE YOUR TRASH BAGS AND LEAVE THEM NEXT TO THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
