Fully-equipped photo studio + video studio located on the lower level that offers a highly flexible space for production. The space can quickly transform into any backdrop needed for diverse video and photo shoots. Please note: we require a liability and damage waiver to be signed by the person or company booking this space before the booking begins. Amenities: - Complimentary coffee, tea, and beer (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm only) - Large chef's kitchen - Phone booths - Conference Rooms - Game Room (ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, etc.) - Rooftop Patio - Onsite Cafe (Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm only)

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
