About the Space
2,500+ sq. ft. film-friendly home in Spring Hill, TN. The location has 9 & 10ft. ceilings throughout the downstairs living spaces and master bedroom and has 2 bedrooms and a wide-open bonus room upstairs perfect for H&M/holding. There is a great dead-end side street next to the house that can park around 10 cars or 3-4 box trucks. There are both North and east-facing windows in the main living areas downstairs. We are very familiar with production and love working with professional crews.

Parking description
Two-car driveway + property is a corner lot with a small side street on North side of property that can fit around 10 cars, or a mix of cars and box trucks.
General Rules
We are pretty flexible with production requests including moving and rearranging furniture. The location must be returned to the same state as which it was found upon production load in. Please note that pricing will ultimately be based on shoot details including crew size, footprint, and scope.

Security cameras and recording devices
Ring doorbell cam is on all the time, and a couple if inside Wyze Cams can be disabled for production rentals.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
