Preparation: Before each filming session, we thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire studio space. Surface Cleaning: We use hospital-grade disinfectants to clean all surfaces, including floors, tables, chairs, and equipment. Equipment Sanitization: All filming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and tripods, are sanitized before and after each use. Ventilation: Our studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system, ensuring fresh air circulation throughout your filming session. High-Touch Point Focus: We pay special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and restroom facilities. Regular Maintenance: In addition to our thorough cleaning process, we have regular maintenance schedules to ensure that our studio is always in top condition.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
