Charming cottage/cabin in the heart of Laurel Canyon. Studio bungalow, circa 1924 (updated) features an open concept space with small kitchen with 2 seater table, bathroom with tub/shower combo, queen bedroom atmosphere and french doors to a back outdoor patio with seating. Views of nature, and birds singing daily. Great for productions, meetings, meditation, families, film shoots, music studio etc. Cars are generally needed here as there are no businesses to walk to. We are located tucked into the hills, good neighborhood steepish walks, and at the top of the mountain some great viewpoints of the whole city. Shared lot with the main house. Lots of outdoor space, a sun deck, treehouse, and sports equipment for kids, vintage lounge chairs, and colorful concrete walls. There is also a HUGE privacy hedge in front yard, great for photos and greenery. Grass yard, olive tree, rose bushes, and a small garden. Mature trees on the hill in the back.

Professionally cleaned in between every booking, disinfected on all surfaces, and kitchen, bathroom areas as well as glass, doors, and windows. Linens are laundered and changed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
