The space features a large open floor plan with stunning natural light a perfect cyclorama wall measuring 18 ft high (with a cyc at the top) and 20 ft long and full blackout capability for total light control. Additional highlights include textured walls with custom-painted backdrops, a 10’x10’ rolling wall, a dedicated makeup and changing room, and sheer curtains that provide both privacy and soft, diffused lighting. Located on the first floor, the studio allows for easy pull-up parking and equipment loading, making it ideal for production teams. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Strobes and continuous lights are NOT included with the studio booking. Lighting, modifiers, and additional grip gear are available as Add-ons. SOUND NOTICE: As the studio is centrally located near major roads and the airport, there may be occasional ambient noise. This is typically minimal and manageable for most productions. For projects requiring controlled audio, we recommend planning accordingly.
