No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Guests bringing unauthorized pets will be subject to additional cleaning fees and potential eviction. 4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is as specified in the reservation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host and may incur extra charges. 5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours must be observed between [11:30pm - 7am]. Excessive noise or disturbances that disrupt neighbors or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund. 6. Respect for Neighbors: Guests must respect the privacy and property of neighbors. Any complaints from neighbors regarding disruptive behavior will be taken seriously and may result in eviction. 7. Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to the property and its contents incurred during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately to the host, and guests may be charged for repairs or replacements. 8. No Parties Unless Authorized. Events and gatherings involving non-registered guests are strictly prohibited without prior approval from the host. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. 8. Safety and Security: Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay. They must ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property and must not provide access to unknown individuals. 9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay, including but not limited to those related to noise, occupancy, and waste disposal. 10. Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and leave the property in the same condition as they found it. Excessive cleaning required upon check-out may result in additional cleaning fees. 11. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The host's cancellation and refund policy, as specified in the booking details, must be followed. No refunds will be provided for early departures or cancellations made outside the specified timeframe.
