Event Space Details: Size: Approximately 2500 square feet. Previous and future configurations include: Milestone Birthday Party DJ Dance Party Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Wedding Reception Live Music with dance floor, table seating, and bar + Green Room Yoga Studio for classes or Teacher Training Corporate retreat with main room + 1-2 breakout rooms Art show/Opening reception for 1 or multiple artists together Non-profit Gala with silent & live auction Award ceremony Location shoot for TV or film production Pop-up retail shop, specialty sale, or group vendor bazaar Modular Amenities List: We offer a modular list of amenities to minimize your running around and handling of details. We can provide an empty "white box" or include any or all of the following: Furniture & Decor Lighting & Wall Projections Dance Floor Catering & Bar including Staff Live Music or Interactive DJ Emcee for Event or Auction Custom Logo Merch for Your Guests (napkins, cups, T-shirts, etc.) Included Services: Cleaning and security are required and included in the base price.
