Office Features: • Focused Setup: A compact 50 sq. ft. layout equipped with one table and two chairs. • 24/7 Workspace Access: Book any time, including after-hours and federal holidays, using the secure Kisi app. A security deposit may apply. • Fast Wi-Fi: High-speed internet connectivity perfect for uninterrupted workflow and virtual meetings. • Accessible Outlets: Plentiful power sources to keep your devices fully charged. • Optimal Lighting: Overhead designer lamps to reduce eye strain during long hours of work. • Distraction-Free: An enclosed, internal office layout to maximize your concentration. Catering: While we do not offer onsite catering, our office is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, just a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants, including casual eateries, fine dining, and cafes offering diverse cuisines. Facilities & Local Support: There are restrooms available for our clients, and the office is accessible by elevator. The SaGE Office Manager is available on-site during the usual office hours (9 am - 5 pm), and for extended hours, an entry code will be provided for clients. Accessibility & Transit: • Subway & PATH: D, F, N, R, W, and 6 trains have stops nearby. You can also access PATH trains which are just a few blocks away. • Bus: Convenient routes include the M1, M2, M3, M5, Q32, and M55. • Landmarks: This location is walking distance from iconic NYC landmarks like the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building, and Madison Square Park. Weekend Booking Policy: To ensure a seamless experience, please complete your weekend bookings by Friday at 3:00 PM. This guarantees you receive your access codes and entry instructions well in advance. Booking early ensures you have everything you need on hand, saving you from a last-minute scramble to reach us for entry details or troubleshooting during your weekend bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
