General Rules
- Absolutely No smoking inside the house
- Outside catering is allowed
- Any other outside rental need is allowed ( prior notice is required)
- No Loud music after 10pm
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guest must remove any equipment or setup they bring into the space by the end of booking
- No Glitter or Confetti allowed inside house
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed

We have 4 camera's on the property and all 4 are on the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

After every booking, we have professional cleaner coming out to clean space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
