For extra rooms and spaces, the following are available: Premium Suite: North Half of House, first and second floors. Average stay for 4-8 guests, base rate $595/night. Common areas such as living room, dining room, and kitchen are negotiable for events. Includes First Floor Corner Suite, plus up to three bedrooms upstairs with your own staircase. Second full bathroom with bathtub and shower upstairs. Red Barn, renovated 2nd Floor: (Additional $150/night) Available as an added accessory unit with your reservation only.
