You're free to use the kitchenette, the bathroom, and the studio space on the left side. The right side (for now) should only be used for staging gear, or the garage door. When you leave, please ensure everything is back exactly as you found it, and simply leave out the same door you came in, no need to lock it. Kitchenette: Behind the cyc wall, equipped for preparing refreshments and light meals. Bathroom: Conveniently located next to the kitchenette. You may not access areas beyond the rented space, ensuring privacy and security.
