About the Space
There is a large living space with tons of natural light, the backyard boasts a pool with yard space. 20 people can fit in both spaces equally, the house is 2500 square feet. It is perfect for a photoshoot because of the lighting options and space. The living room has both indoor and outdoor feel as there is a large covered patio space as well. Kitchen area also leads out to the patio with floor to ceiling windows. There is a bar area with LED lighting that changes color which looks great in the evening. It is a Mid Century Modern architecture.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
