This 700 square foot studio space with 9 foot ceilings is clean, simple and stocked with all of the essentials needed for a successful creative session with your clients. Photographers, videographers and multimedia creatives are welcome. Located is a safe and secure office building with character. MORE ABOUT THE SPACE: The main bay is equipment with seamless backdrop paper. There are several pop up background options including fabric backdrops an various colors of seamless paper. There is a dedicated room for boudoir looks equipped with a chase and queen size air mattress with natural lighting. Clients are able to get ready in our Hair/Make Up changing room equipped with lighted mirrors and all the necessary toiletries (make up removal wipes, Bobbie pins, make up brushes, oils and lotions, etc.). Various furniture props are included. NOTE *** - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI PERMITTED TO BE USED INSIDE OF THE STUDIO SPACE. USING SUCH MATERIALS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND NEGATIVE REVIEW ON YOUR PROFILE.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
