Step into our cozy podcast room, where intimate conversations come to life. We have two comfy leather chairs, lighting equipment, and much more. The room is great for guests to relax and engage in making amazing content. The soft, ambient lighting we provide sets a great mood for your shoot, while several soundproofing tiles ensures crystal-clear audio recordings with no echo. Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
This space features a flat, non-reflective, black paint on all walls to ensure your ability to produce consistent lighting, no matter your style.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have soundproofing tiles placed all around the room for crystal clear audio. No appliances are present and A/C can be controlled by the thermostat in the green room directly adjacent to the recording area.

The Studio Podcast room is located on the second floor of the studio.
Staging area is available
The green room upstairs can be used as a staging area. There is also a restroom upstairs.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
All other podcast rooms except are off limits except the one(s) you have booked. Please inquire with your about booking multiple rooms at once prior to your scheduled booking.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
There are outlets and surge protectors on all 4 walls of the recording area.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules

- All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of their scheduled booking

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture may be moved around but may not be removed from the premises. Any damage to furniture during the booking must be reported immediately and will be charged to the client.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are located in entrance, hallway, and main studio. No security cameras are located in the podcast rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
After every booking we deep clean the entire room. We do this by disinfected all contacted areas, vacuum the carpeted floors, and hire a cleaner to properly disinfect the restrooms.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
