Our venue is perfect for any small celebration. 1HR COMPLIMENTARY SET UP TIME : Book 4 or more hours (IMPORTANT) ***OUR SPACE CAN HOLD a maximum of UP TO 22 GUEST FOR A SEATED DINNER STYLE with table and chairs & (with minimal walking/decor space ) Our space is One Room Only with 1 restroom, no kitchenette area. YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES: 1 Bluetooth loud Speaker, 1 high Cocktail table (no table covering) Two 6ft rectangular tables ,15 Chairs LED Up-lighting (optional) ***NEED ADD ON'S for what's not included in your booking ?? SEE OUR RATES AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS LISTING AND ADD ANY ITEM TO YOUR BOOKING. **WE ALLOW 30 min after your event ends for clearing up at no extra charge (Music must be off and not playing during clean up at the end of your scheduled end time) for set up time we offer a lower rate under the add ons for decorating. if you need time to decorate the space plz add that option let us know your theme, as we may have additional items not listed ) . *** Holiday Rates please Inquire before booking

Health and Safety Measures

The Purple Room Venue will be in clean condition pior to your event. You are required to clear out all of your items and place your trash in a garbage bag and please sweep the floor . We have a cleaner that will complete the cleaning once your event has ended . Any items left will be considered garbage and will be immediately disposed of. we will not store your left over items after your event We are not responsible for left behind items or missing items

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
