Our comprehensive cleaning process includes the following steps: Pre-Event Cleaning: 1. Deep Cleaning: Before each event, our professional cleaning team performs a thorough deep clean of the entire space, including all common areas, seating arrangements, and restrooms. 2. Sanitization: High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, tables, and chairs are sanitized with disinfectant to eliminate germs and bacteria. 3. Floor Care: All floors are vacuumed and mopped, ensuring they are spotless and free of debris. 4. Restroom Preparation: Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies, including hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Post-Event Cleaning: 1. Trash Removal: All trash and recycling are collected and removed from the premises. 2. Surface Wiping: Tables, counters, and other surfaces are wiped down and sanitized. 3. Sweeping and Mopping: Floors are swept and mopped to remove any dirt or spills that occurred during the event. 4. Restroom Cleaning: Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all used supplies are replaced. Ongoing Maintenance: 1. Periodic Deep Cleans: In addition to event-specific cleaning, we conduct periodic deep cleans of the space to maintain high standards of cleanliness. 2. Air Quality: We use air purifiers to ensure fresh and clean air circulation throughout the space. Our commitment to cleanliness is a top priority, and we adhere to all health and safety guidelines to provide a pristine and welcoming space for your event. If you have any specific cleaning requests or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
