Stand alone owner-user recording studio in DTLA

We are a full service recording and audio post production facility which can also host video shoots for music videos, product demos, etc. The studio fills a stand-alone block warehouse with gated parking in back for up to seven cars (stacked). The common area is divided into reception, a large lounge, kitchen, and storage. There are two ADA bathrooms. We have a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos equipped mix room separated from the main recording rooms that we sometimes use as a green room or makeup area. The back half of the space consists of two control rooms, an isolation booth, and a 536 square foot live room, all treated for sound isolation and control. This is a working studio, and all gear on the premises can be made available as set dressing. The vibe is functional/industrial with eclectic decor.
