We have our own parking lot and a garage entrance for easy transportation of large equipment.

We provide rgb lights for the cyc wall and there are also full rgb lights under the arches. Natural light only available through garage door opening.

No outside noise can be heard inside the studio

There is a loading zone on street level behind the building that leads directly into the photo/video studio

Plenty of outlets throughout the studio, we also provide 3 extension chords with multiple outlets

No smoking or drinking of any kind anywhere inside the studio unless authorized by the host. No glitter or confetti. No food or drinks inside of the photo sets. No sharp objects or weapons of any kind. You are not to move or remove anything in the studio unless approved by the host. No activities are allowed in the parking lot or outside of the studio. DO NOT STEP ON THE CURVES OF THE CYC WALL. We will charge a fee. Overtime The space must be vacated before your session expires. Any and all equipment must be removed before your session expires. Any and all time after your session expires will be billed by 30 minute intervals as per Peerspace Policy Cleaning/Damages Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it. Guests must respect the space. Please do not perform any activity that can potentially damage our property or equipment. Any and all damages will be billed directly to the card used to book the session. This includes but not limited to any of our photo sets, paint, rental equipment, furniture, appliances, office space, walls, and doors. We are not liable for any damages to you or anybody that is in your party. We are not liable for any damages to your equipment. Furniture/props You must notify the host of any furniture or props that you plan on bringing in and it must be confirmed by the host that you may bring these items. Failure to notify the host prior to the session will result in not being allowed to bring said items. There are security cameras and recording devices all around the studio and a host will always be present at the studio.

You can move any furniture or decorations out of the way as long as the hosts approve
