About the Space
Very large backyard can hold 6 to 8, round, square or 6ft rectangular tables. 15' X 10' covered patio that can be used to set up Food, or Bar area. Small trex deck that can be used for DJ, Bar or lounge area. There is a pool (Not for guest use) But adds great Ambiance to any event/Party. The grass area is square, and large enough if you wanted to have a covered tent event. Side gate for easy convenience to the party area. Palm trees and 2 fire bowls(extra cost to use) help decorate and make this a special place for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Baby Showers, Holiday get together. Or whatever you special time may be.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
