You have access to 16-20 free private parking spaces during your event. In addition we are surrounded by the largest paid public parking lot at the beach area. Of course free street parking as well. Plenty of parking spaces available.

No smoking in the building; outside catering is allowed; music and guests can be loud until 12 midnight; no drug use allowed; guests must all leave the property no later than 12:30 AM Site Rules -No drugs, weapons, or fireworks are permitted at Yard and Sea and surrounding areas 
 -Alcohol is not permitted outside of the The Venue. Including the public sidewalk, alley in the rear of the property, or surrounding businesses. -No smoking or vaping is permitted at The Venue or surrounding areas. 
 -Glitter, confetti, artificial flower petals, streamers, rice, hay, birdseed, sparklers, pyrotechnics, similarly difficult to clean or non-natural items may not be used or thrown on Venue or Park Property. 
 -No items may be hung from the ceiling inside or on the yard outside without permission from The Venue first. 
 -Fog machines, smoke machines, aerosols, dry ice, sparklers, and the use of any materials that interfere with local fire 
department regulations are strictly prohibited. 
 -Candles are limited to dinner tables, must be dripless, and flames must be contained. Any candles are subject to the approval of The Venue. We recommend LED candles. -Nothing can be affixed to the walls of the The Venue unless approved first.
 -All signage outside of The Venue needs to be confirmed with us. 
 -No tents, inflatable jumpers, or other structures may be erected without the express written permission of The Venue.
 -Music and other loud noise must cease outside at 12:30 AM seven days a week. All noise must end at 12:30 AM. All amplified music can be indoors for the extent of the event.Subwoofers are okay.Venue Access: -Clients and Vendors may not access the Venue until 12:00 PM unless approved by The Venue. Main guests must be off-site by 12:00 AM (or contracted earlier time) -All event breakdown by Client or Vendors needs to be completed by 12:00 PM (or contracted earlier time) -Event Set-Up and Clean-Up: -The Venue is not responsible for the setup and breakdown of the Event.
 Client is responsible for restoring the Venue to the original state in which it was found. Any spills on the floor must be wiped up immediately to prevent stains.
All our tables and chairs must be brought inside and put back in their respective location. All garbage, litter, decorations, wine bottles, beer bottles, etc. Must be removed by Clients, Caterers, or the Event Coordinator by 12:00 AM (or contracted earlier time) immediately after the event. Clean-up must occur on the Event Date. To avoid additional charges no items may be left for storage overnight unless permitted by The Venue. Additional Charges As an Event Venue, we strive to maintain a high level of transparency with our Clients. As mentioned in the contract we do have additional charges if our site rules and contract are broken or if there is damage to our property. -$500.00 For 3 hours of event set-up -$300 To change the date -$500.00 Incurred if guests do not vacate the premise by 12:00 AM (or contracted earlier time) -$600.00 Incurred if all onsite activities including break-down and clean-up are not completed by 1:00 AM (or contracted earlier time) -$1000.00 For non-compliant guests/disruptive drunkenness
 -$100.00 Per incident of Smoking or Vaping
 -$600.00 Per incident of Drug use
 -$500.00 Failure to restore the venue to the original state
 -$500.00 Per incident of illegally attempting to reserve parking spaces -$1000.00 Per incident for items found in toilets by a professional plumbing company that result in you or your guests disposing of anything other than toilet paper into the toilets and sinks including but not limited to feminine products, wet wipes, paper towels or any other non-disintegrating products other than toilet paper provided. *The above stated Additional Charges are the agreed to minimum charges Clients agree to pay for each item listed. If damages or costs to the venue exceeds the listed minimum “Additional Charges,” We shall charge Clients actual costs incurred.
