This is a small apartment that only contains a kitchen and a bedroom area. There is a sofabed with additional sofa bed cushions that you can place over the sofa bed. There is also bedding in the closet. There is also a let out single cot in the closet.This unit shares a bathroom with other tenants in suite #2. This is a small but nice suite for tenants to use temporarily. This space must be rented for a minimum of 30 days. New remodel was complete with NEW flooring, paint, appliances, locks, furniture, dishes, free Wi-Fi, and security system on the premises. We have air conditioning units in each unit. Quiet Hours are set at 10pm-8am daily.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
