Uniquely designed Storefront with lots of room for photoshoots, video shoots, intimate events and more... The space has high ceilings, lots of different corners and bright natural light! It also has a raised lofted space above the main floor . There are massive light fixtures, track lights along each side of the room, terracotta cement floors, shelving fixtures, plenty of small and interesting oddments and conversation pieces. There is also a roomy bathroom and separate kitchen area. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. There is no oven or stove. Situated in Chicago's Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood, this space is a wonderful option to hold your event or photo shoot in an urban setting outside of the downtown loop area.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
