About the Space
Newly built, rustic-looking, multiple-purpose indoor room. Perfect for a Micro wedding and can be set up for a ceremony or reception. Space includes matching tables and chairs for up to 50 people. The rental of the Barn Room comes with the use of the entire Wagon Wheel Venue and all of its amenities.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Robyn was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful and informative. Help us decide things to do. What not to do. So happy with her and the venue was gorgeous. She made it all perfect for us. Couldn’t be happier.

I needed a “barn” like location to have a celebration of life for my mom who was raised on a farm. The location was perfect for this gathering. We used the barn room for 14 people and had room for the celebration to relate stories and memories and then had a catered buffet lunch. The atmosphere was perfect. Robyn and her staff were very helpful and had everything ready for us when we arrived. She was also very responsive as I had questions about the venue as I was planning the event. I would strongly recommend this location for any gathering you want to plan.

I would strongly recommend this location for any gathering you want to plan.
A hidden gem. And Robyn is a dream host. She was so responsive after my inquiry and quickly scheduled my tour of the venue. It was absolutely perfect for our western themed party! It’s so spacious, I felt like our guest list was big but it seemed small when we were there because everyone was able to spread out. There was enough space for a petting zoo, mechanical bull, a food truck, and lots of decor. Although, it’s already the perfect aesthetic for our theme and we didn’t need to add much. Our party was in November so I was worried about rain, but thankfully the barn and speakeasy are indoor areas in case we needed them, but didn’t much. The barn is brand new and gorgeous! Also very aesthetic, in a clean, charming, rustic kinda way, not like a gross “these used to be horse stalls covered in poop” kinda way. Robyn stayed and helped direct parking, had everything I forgot to bring like a few dishes and ice buckets, and even helped refill the food and take pictures for us!! I did not expect that but was so grateful. Can’t recommend The Wagon Wheel enough!! I need an excuse to have another party here

Where do I even start?! Everything was so beautiful and easy all because of Robyn. Not only did she allow us to have our wedding in her beautiful venue but she also went above and beyond with all the decor and set ups!
