About the Space
This thoughtfully curated Guest Suite is ideal for writing sessions, podcasts, interviews, product shoots & smaller productions. At 700 sq ft, this space packs a punch featuring a kitchenette, bathroom, lofted bedroom & living/dining area. A carefully styled library wall makes for the perfect backdrop. Lots of natural light throughout & the floating staircase is a beautiful feature during golden hour! An additional matching leather chair is available upon request. Note: this space is attached to our main house which is also available for booking!

Parking description
A long driveway leads up to the back of the home with easy access for unloading equipment, etc. Parking space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles side-by-side if need be. Ample street parking is available as well in front of the home. The house is situated on a lot that is just shy of an acre.

Lighting description
All windows are fitted with rattan blinds or linen curtains. The main windows face the North and the stairwell window faces West creating a beautiful vignette during golden hour.
Living space is located on ground level making it easy to set up lights outside. Please note, the bedroom is located on the second floor.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Quiet neighborhood with house set back off the street. The attached wall to the main house has been fitted with sound-suppressing material.

Equipment loading description
Easy access for unloading equipment, etc. right in front of the Guest Suite. Parking space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles side-by-side if need be. Ample street parking is available as well in front of the home. The house is situated on a lot that is just shy of an acre.
Please note: the upstairs has sloped ceiling with low clearance at certain points as shown in photos.

Electrical system description
Circuit breaker is located in the laundry room with a standard 120V supply. Plenty of outlets along the walls.

General Rules
No smoking inside the home. No pets without prior clearance. Please ask before moving any pieces of furniture and treat our belongings with respect as most of them are heirlooms. Tennis balls and/mats are required on production equipment to prevent damage to our floors & ceilings.

We have security cameras on-site that are outside on our shed & side of house to monitor the driveway.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
All-natural cleaning products used (Koala Eco) throughout the suite. Molekule air purifiers on both levels. There are no scented plug-ins, fragrances, chemicals, etc.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
