About the Space
A community-led art studio based in Los Angeles. So all rentals go toward helping our resident artists with rent :) We're on the 4th floor of an old post office. 3 of the floors have elevator access. Our area requires a staircase. We've outfitted our space for any and all art shows, exhibits, screenings, performances, and are flexible enough to assist in any vision. We've hosted Shakespearian plays, discos, film festivals, and film shoots. The character of the space always makes for some extra inspiration. The space is large with hight ceilings. Natural light throughout the day through big, steel-frame widows. A full kitchen and bathroom (with shower and slop sink). An outdoor patio and a green room for talent. There is an eclectic food hall directly across the street and Starbucks in all directions. Also, very close to the 7th Street train station (where all the metro lines combine).

Our space has been kept simple and painted. If possible, we'll repaint before each event, clean the floors thoroughly and the bathrooms are disinfected. We provide toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, and cleaning spray as well.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
