Location Spacious 1500 sq. foot creative space located in Old 4th Ward, directly on the beltline. Space is within walking distance of Krog Street market, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Free parking is available. This space is amazing for photography and film, lighting is included and available upon request. Also available for use as an event space for pop-ups, corporate events, workshops, product launching, etc. There is self-check-in available. -Full kitchen for use which includes a sink, bar area, stove, refrigerator, -microwave, and Keurig. -Bathroom -Dressing room and locker -FREE WIFI and Bluetooth sound stereo. Space is available for the following: $200/hr for events with 5 hr. minimum $165/hr for events with 10 hr. maximum $120 cleaning fee required for events Security available upon request - $75

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
