Welcome to a space that's the perfect venue for baby showers,homeschooling meetups,small gatherings,teenage hangout sessions,classes,podcast,photo shoots,study time,playdates,senoir meet ups, and more. Our versatile space comfortably accommodates 12 to 16 guests and includes on-site bathrooms and free parking,we offer meeting, event planning, and hosting services as well with available chairs and tables. Conveniently located within 10 minutes from a mall, shopping centers, and just 3 min from gas stations. Our loft also features a neighborhood grocery store across the street. Enjoy a secure entry for peace of mind. Book with us for a seamless and inspiring event experience. Space is a little over 24 by 12 feet.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
