About the Space
A laidback soft lounge environment that can transition to accommodate any atmosphere! The venue can easily host over 100 people. Two offset floors and a back patio make it possible to create your dreams (birthday party, graduation party, baby shower, bridal shower, engagement party, business meeting-networking, art-dance studio, etc.) We often say at our place “If You Can Dream It, It Can Happen!

We have plenty of street parking to accommodate our guests.
General Rules
All smoking must be done on the exterior of the building. We do not provide food, drinks, or decorations. Feel free to supply your own. We do offer house speakers that can be connected via Bluetooth.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a very good surveillance system that monitors the establishment. We have exterior cameras in the front, side and rear of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The venue is fully cleaned after every event. The floors are swept and mop, all trash is removed and all tables and chairs is wiped down with disinfectant.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
