Important Note: While we strive to accommodate everyone, please be aware that our studio is located on the second floor and is not accessible to those who cannot climb stairs, as there is no elevator in the building. Parking description

Car lot surrounds the building but Access is through the back. We recommend parking there. There is space for more than 20 cars so you'll be fine with a small group of cars even when its busy.

General Rules

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines during your rental: - Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. - Be mindful of the shared space and the other occupants in the building. - Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the studio and building premises. - Outside catering is allowed. Please ensure all food and drinks are kept away from backdrops and equipment to avoid spills and stains. - Alcohol is not permitted on the premises at any time. - No loud music or excessive noise from 8 AM to 6 PM. Please be considerate of other tenants in the building. - Keep the studio clean and tidy. Dispose of all trash before you leave. - Bring your own props and lighting gear, as we do not rent out equipment. Handle all studio furnishings and equipment with care. - Stick to your reserved time slot. Arrive and leave on time to ensure other clients can start their sessions promptly. - Ensure all activities conducted in the studio are safe and do not pose any risk to individuals or property. - You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its contents during your rental period. Report any damages immediately. By following these rules, you help us maintain a pleasant and efficient studio environment for everyone. Security cameras and recording devices

We have several video cameras surrounding the building for security purposes. They record, audio/video and stills. They are always on. There is also a couple of video cameras inside the studio space for security/emergencies.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

This includes disinfecting all surfaces, backdrops, and equipment to ensure a safe environment. - Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance and throughout the studio. Please use it upon entering and as needed during your session. - Special attention is given to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures, which are sanitized multiple times throughout the day. - Before and after each session, we clean and disinfect all workspaces, including tables, chairs, and any equipment used. - The studio is well-ventilated to ensure a constant flow of fresh air, helping to reduce the risk of airborne contaminants. - Trash is removed daily, and bins are disinfected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. - We ask all clients to clean up after themselves, dispose of any trash properly, and leave the studio as they found it to help maintain a safe and clean environment for the next user. By adhering to these cleaning and safety measures, we strive to provide a safe and healthy space for all our clients. Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
