About the Space
Welcome to the Brazilian American Cultural Center! We are excited to offer you a versatile event rental space perfect for a wide range of occasions. Our space is ideal for: Special Events Birthday Parties Networking Events Product Launches Fitness and Dance Classes Art Gallery Presentations And Many Other Pop-Up Ideas Our flexible and cost-effective venue is suitable for both startups and established businesses in the DC area. Whether you need a space for a one-time event, a short-term engagement, recurring events, or even a longer-term commitment, we are here to meet your needs. In addition to the usable space of approximately 800 sq ft., there is an on-site refrigerated cooler, three sink area and counter, with toaster oven and microwave and bathroom. Tables (4 folding 6ft tables, 2 folding 4ft tables), chairs (white resin folding chairs) and tablecloths may be used at extra cost, invoiced prior to the event. 2 wood outdoor patio cafe tables and six matching chairs are included at no extra charge. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
