Our space is ideal for: Special Events Birthday Parties Networking Events Product Launches Fitness and Dance Classes Art Gallery Presentations And Many Other Pop-Up Ideas Our flexible and cost-effective venue is suitable for both startups and established businesses in the DC area. Whether you need a space for a one-time event, a short-term engagement, recurring events, or even a longer-term commitment, we are here to meet your needs. In addition to the usable space there is an on site refrigerated cooler, three sink area and counter, with toaster oven and microwave and bathroom. Tables (4 folding 6ft tables), chairs (white resin folding chairs) and tablecloths may be used at extra cost, invoiced prior to the event. 3 wood outdoor patio cafe tables and six matching chairs are included at no extra charge.
