Our space is ideal for: Special Events Birthday Parties Networking Events Product Launches Fitness and Dance Classes Art Gallery Presentations And Many Other Pop-Up Ideas Our flexible and cost-effective venue is suitable for both startups and established businesses in the DC area. Whether you need a space for a one-time event, a short-term engagement, recurring events, or even a longer-term commitment, we are here to meet your needs. Space features three sinks and a kitchen area with refrigerated cooler and bathroom as well as a microwave and a toaster oven. Tables and chairs may be rented at extra cost. PLEASE NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (for ex, marijuana or tobacco) inside or immediately outside the space. A $400 penalty will be charged if there is evidence of smoking of any kind, inside or immediately outside the facility.
