Welcome to the Brazilian American Cultural Center! We are excited to offer you a versatile event rental space perfect for a wide range of occasions. Our space is ideal for: Special Events Birthday Parties Networking Events Product Launches Fitness and Dance Classes Art Gallery Presentations And Many Other Pop-Up Ideas Our flexible and cost-effective venue is suitable for both startups and established businesses in the DC area. Whether you need a space for a one-time event, a short-term engagement, recurring events, or even a longer-term commitment, we are here to meet your needs. Space features three sinks and a kitchen area with refrigerated cooler and bathroom as well as a microwave and a toaster oven. Tables and chairs may be rented at extra cost. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
