- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This was my first time booking a space, and Baz made this a phenomenal experience! I needed to film some scenes for a music video here. About a week before my film date, I reached out for some additional information, and Baz responded very quickly. A couple days before, he reached out to let me know about another booking that was requested for a similar time slot, and he wanted to find out if that would create an audio issue for our filming. I felt that was extremely considerate! The space is exactly as advertised - large, open, clean, and perfect for our production. The studio has a Bluetooth speaker system, which made it easy to play the song we're using while we filmed. There are spacious and clean changing rooms as well, so our cast could change as needed. Baz checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer help if we needed anything else. He even provided folding tables so we could set up a snack and drink station for our team. Baz was very kind and gracious during our 8 hour visit, and I really appreciated everything he did to make sure we were accommodated and set up for success. I'm truly grateful for his professionalism and his efforts to make our experience effortless. I can't recommend him enough; I would definitely book again. Thank you Baz!

Perfect! I can’t say enough about how great the space was for our rehearsals. Spacious performance area with Bluetooth speaker, changing room, and the ability for our parents to watch class from the reception area. Can’t forget the exceptional service - Baz has everything that you can think of covered!
