Next to the entrance of the building past the alley, you will find the parking, it has a cost of $12 per day (any questions for the parking you should ask at the parking person since we have nothing to do with it) the parking meter is normally occupied, if you arrive early you may find some open and after 6 pm the parking meter is free

PLEASE READ WELL THE RULES BEFORE RENTING THE SPACE: we are a very friendly studio in which many of our visitor come back constantly and we try to make your stay in the studio a great experience but we are very strict with how clean the studio is and our items ( we don't want to add extra charges for any of our clients but we want you to understand that if you make a damage in the space the charges will be elevated and you can pay 100% of the cost of the item and we want to remind you that many of our items are luxury and very costly. -YOU SHOULD LEAVE AT THE EXACT TIME YOUR BOOKING ENDS, NORMALLY WE HAVE A BOOKING AFTER ANOTHER AND WE DON'T WANT YOU TO WASTE TIME OR TO WASTE TIME OF OTHER CLIENTS. BECAUSE OF THIS CHECK WELL THE TIME YOU'LL NEED TO ACHIVE YOUR CONTENT WITHOUT ANY RUSH. IF YOU BREAK THIS RULE 1 HOUR EXTRA WILL BE CHARGED AND WE DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN ( time recommended in the studio in the studio is 3 hours) -ALL OF THE FURNITURE IN THE STUDIO IS VERY EXPENSIVE BECAUSE OF THIS WE RECOMMEND TO BE CAREFUL. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE FURNITURE, NO PAINT, OIL, OR BRONZERS IN THE STUDIO, NO STAINS ON THE FURNITURE SINCE IT COULD BE VERY COSTLY TO REPLACE -THE CARPET, MARBLE TABLE AND BIG FURNITURE CANNOT BE MOVED. IF YOU MOVE THEM WE WILL GIVE YOU AN ADDITIONAL FEE -THE BIG MIRROR CANNOT BE MOVED EITHER -THE MAKEUP MIRROR CANNOT BE MOVED (ITS A GLASS WINDOW AND VERY EASY TO BREAK, IF YOU BREAK IT YOU SHOULD PAY THE 100% OF THE COST, PLEASE DON'T MOVE IT) -FOOD CAN ONLY BE EATEN IN THE MAKEUP AREA -NO SHOES ON TOP OF THE FURNITURE (PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL WITH THIS RULE) -Please read well the rule, the studio has a carpet which is from India, in the makeup area you will find some shoe covers for your team and the professional that uses the carpet we ask that their shoes are completely clean, that they don't cause any problems to the carpet. Now that a damage to the carpet is repairable and we don't want to add an extra fee for not working professionally in the studio. Remember to use clean shoes on the carpet and to remind your team to use the shoe covers. All of these recommendations are so that your booking doesn't get any extra fees and that why we write it with anticipation so that these thing's don't happen. Now that the majority of our visitors continue to come to our studios. - If you want to bring your pets only small pets are allowed and it has an extra fee of 150$ but it’s very important to know the rules of bringing your pet. If your pet makes any damages to the studio there will be an extra fee. If your pet does pee or poo in the studio there will be an extra fee. If you want to bring your pet do it professionally and keeping the cleanses and carefulness of the studio to not have to pay extra. Remember it’s a photographic studio and we are very careful with our studio is cleaned before and after every booking. -MAINTAIN THE DOOR CLOSED AT ALL TIMES -NO SMOKING OF ANY TYPE (THE BUILDING IS VERY STRICT WITH THIS AND THE TICKET FOR SMOKING CAN COST 1,500$, PLEASE AVOID THIS) -If you need to move any furniture of the studio you should lift it not drag it and leave it where you found it. Now that we will give you the studio in perfect condition and we want to receive it the same way. If you don't respect this rule we will charge you 120$ for leaving the furniture out of it's original place. All our studios are completely new and are checked before and after every booking. Please we want that you and your team respect this rule to not receive any extra fees that can make you pay a high fee in your booking. This is a recommendation now that we work with professionals every day and normally these things don't happen but we should let you know. Remember to respect the rules 100%. -NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES -Nudity IS allowed The studio has a camera only at the main entrance for your safety and that of our studio. It is very important to leave everything in the studio inside the studio and remember that they must be inside the studio, please, no people in the hallways who may disturb our neighbors. -NO PAINT, NO CHEMICAL PRODUCTS, NO BODY BRONZER THAT CAN RUIN THE FURNITURE OR TO DAMAGE THE SPACE. WE DO NOT WANT TO ADD ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS TO ANY OF OUR VISITORS, WE WANT THAT YOU COME MANY TIMES TO ANY OF OUR STUDIOS BUT PLEASE RESPECT THE RULES. THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MAD CITY LA STUDIOS The rule of 21 years old just means that if the person coming to the studio brings kids, they should be very careful in the studio and should be capable of maintaining a child in a creative studio and any damages will be the adult's responsibility. This is just a recommendation now that we don't want any of our visitors have to pay high extra fees. Which we know that can be preventable just respecting the rules of the place.
